Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. is a casual dining restaurant chain with a menu featuring a variety of burger sandwiches made with beef, chicken, fish, turkey, pot roast, and vegetarian substitutes. Red Robin owns and operates 100 restaurants scattered across 13 states. The company also franchises its concept, maintaining licensing agreements with 98 additional restaurants located in 17 states and in Canada. Seasoned Oven Fries

Red Robin Copycat Recipe

Serve 4-6

4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon Red Robin seasoning, (see side bar for recipe)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl.  Toss with vegetable oil.  Sprinkle in 1/2 tablespoon seasoning, toss well to coat. On 2 baking sheets, lay fries out in a single layer not touching.  Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tablespoon (more or less to taste) over fries. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, flip fries half way through.  You can also rotate the baking sheets, top to bottom and bottom to top.
